Accessibility
Statement.

Nocturne Systems is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities.

Our commitment

Nocturne Systems is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as well as applicable laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and equivalent Pakistani digital accessibility frameworks.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working toward full conformance and address identified issues on an ongoing basis.

Technical specifications

This website relies on the following technologies for conformance: • HTML5 • CSS3 • JavaScript (React / Next.js) • WAI-ARIA attributes where appropriate We test our site using automated accessibility checking tools and manual testing with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers.

Known limitations

Some older embedded content and third-party components may not yet meet full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. We are actively working to remediate these. The WebGL particle canvas in our hero section is decorative and does not convey information; a text-based alternative is always present.

Measures taken

• All non-decorative images include meaningful alt text • Colour contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text) • Interactive elements are keyboard accessible • Focus states are clearly visible • Forms include associated labels and ARIA attributes • Pages have descriptive title elements • Language of the page is declared • No content flashes more than 3 times per second
